A 14-year-old schoolgirl from the Vladimir region, Inga Nikolaeva, turned to the public reception of Russian presidential candidate Vladimir Putin. The girl asked to change the decree on the “First Movement” so that minors could take part in the election campaign for a candidate.
Following a conversation with the co-chairman of the headquarters, Vladimir Mashkov, the schoolgirl said that she asked that minors have the right to participate in campaigning for Putin. In addition, according to the girl, Mashkov supported her idea with the “Heart of Hope” campaign, which is aimed at supporting SVO fighters.

Nikolaeva clarified: the co-chairman of Putin’s election headquarters promised to help her both with the issue of meeting with the candidate and with her request for campaigning.
