The SBU opened a case due to wiretapping of Zaluzhny and revealed details

The Security Service of Ukraine opened a criminal case due to wiretapping of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, General Valery Zaluzhny. As specified, the case was opened under Article 359 Part 2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which concerns the illegal acquisition, sale or use of special technical means to obtain information.
According to the SBU statement, special technical equipment was not found directly in Zaluzhny’s office, they were found in one of the premises that could be used by him for work in the future. The official statement notes that no means were found to accumulate information or remotely transmit audio recordings. The found technical device will be submitted for examination.
