The satellite launched for the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation successfully entered orbit

The space satellite, which was launched earlier on Monday, August 7, was successfully launched into orbit. This was reported in the press service of the Russian Ministry of Defense, in whose interests the launch was carried out.
The agency said that at the estimated time, the spacecraft was launched into the target orbit by the Fregat upper stage and accepted for control of ground-based facilities of the space forces of the Aerospace Forces.
A stable telemetry connection has been established with the satellite, which received the designation “Cosmos-2569”, and the on-board systems are working normally.
The Ministry of Defense did not specify the purpose and functionality of the launched satellite.
Earlier it was reported that American specialists had to solve the problem with the Voyager-2 probe launched in July – communication with the device was lost. NASA assumed that it would be impossible to restore communication with the probe until mid-October. However, on August 1, it became known about receiving a carrier signal from Voyager-2indicating that the probe is in good condition.
