Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on indexing the wages of certain categories of civil servants by 5.5% from October 1. Document published on the official Internet portal of legal information.
“In order to ensure social guarantees, I decide to increase the monetary remuneration of persons holding public positions in the Russian Federation by 1.055 times from October 1, 2023,” the text of the decree says.
