VTsIOM called Crimea, Baikal and Altai the most popular vacation spots for Russians
Most of the Russians would like to relax in the Crimea, Baikal and Altai. This is evidenced by the results of a survey conducted by VTsIOM. RIA News.
The survey involved 1,600 citizens of the Russian Federation aged 18 years and over. They were given the opportunity to name a place within the country where they would go on vacation if they had time and money.
It turned out that the majority of Russian travelers (22%) want to visit Crimea. Baikal and Altai received 14% of the votes.
Also among the popular answers were the Krasnodar Territory (11%), St. Petersburg (11%), Sochi and the Black Sea (10% each).
At the same time, as the survey showed, Russians least of all want to visit the Caucasus and Mineralnye Vody (6% each), Kamchatka (6%) Karelia, the Far East, Moscow and the Moscow Region (5% each).
