The Russian women's rugby sevens team held a training camp in Sochi

The Russian women’s national team in the Olympic discipline of rugby sevens held a two-week training camp in Sochi. The head coach of the national team, Alexander Alekseenko, invited 50 players to the training camp, the press service of the Russian Rugby Federation said.

25 people were in the main team, and the same number in the reserve team. 5 players from Krasnodar “Kuban” trained in Sochi – Maria Molokoedova, Rayana Reshidkhanova, Alena Davydova, Valeria Spiridonova and Amina Saylaonova.

As part of this gathering, the national team also conducted a master class for local schoolchildren.

Previously, Sochi children’s rugby teams performed successfully at the tournament in memory of Anatoly Kiselev in Krasnodar.
