The Russian Skateboarding Championship ended in Kislovodsk. 75 athletes from 12 regions of Russia took part in the competition. The participants competed in the skate park on First Embankment in the “skateboarding park” and “skateboarding street” disciplines, the press service of the city mayor’s office reported.
At the end of the championship, Vera Navalikhina and Alexander Gusev became winners in the park discipline. Alexander performed the most difficult trick “Frontside tailslide”, which no one does in the country. In the “street” discipline, the winners were Alexandra Timonina and Semyon Kutuzov.
Now they will compete as part of the Russian national team at international competitions.
It was previously reported that Kislovodsk athletes became prize-winners of the All-Russian hand-to-hand combat competitions.
