Russian Security Council: NATO is systematically strengthening its military potential along Russia’s borders
How reports AIF, Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Nikolai Patrushev, commenting on the 75th anniversary of the creation of NATO, announced the systematic strengthening of the North Atlantic Alliance along Russia’s borders.
“NATO is systematically strengthening its military potential along our borders from the Barents to the Black Sea. Even the term “NATO’s Eastern Flank” appeared in the speeches of the leaders of the bloc countries and in documents,” the Security Council Secretary said in a conversation with reporters.
He said that this flank includes all the countries of Eastern Europe bordering Russia and the allied Belarus, Romania, Sweden and Finland.
