The Khoroshevsky Court of Moscow partially satisfied the claim of the former top manager of one of the international law firms, recovering a record 35 million rubles in his favor.

Anna Ivanova, who represented the interests of the plaintiff in court, noted that this is an unprecedentedly high amount for such disputes.
She explained that her client was unlawfully dismissed due to the fact that the employer handed him an agreement to terminate the employment contract along with a work book and a dismissal order. At the same time, the plaintiff himself is dissatisfied with the final amount of compensation.
To date, the law firm has left the Russian market, and branches in Moscow and St. Petersburg have become independent law firms. However, the plaintiff did not want to work there.
