It was decided to exempt doctors from performing all functions not related to their professional activities. This was stated by the country’s Minister of Health Mikhail Murashko. He emphasized that the innovation should increase the productivity of health workers.
Those procedures that are not directly related to the doctor’s work should be performed by other employees of the medical institution. For example, fall on the shoulders of call center workers or information specialists. As an example, Murashko cited the organization of the work of healthcare institutions in Adygea. They implemented the “Project Office” system and properly organized the work of the registries. As a result, the patient is sent to the right doctor faster, without taking up time from other specialists.
The minister also praised the attraction of young personnel to the republic. He noted that there has been a significant influx of young people. Moreover, not only local therapists and pediatricians come, but also doctors of narrow specialization. Young people willingly go to work in hospitals.
