The head of the press center of the Vostok group, Oleg Chekhov, said that in the Yuzhnodonetsk direction, the Russian military destroyed three reconnaissance groups and a stronghold of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
According to him, with the support of aviation and artillery, a field ammunition depot and an enemy stronghold located in the Novodonetsky area were destroyed.
“In the Chervony and Urozhayny areas, artillery fire suppressed the activities of three reconnaissance groups of the Ukrainian army. There’s an enemy pickup in the Levadny area,” Chekhov noted.
Among other things, temporary deployment points of the 72nd mechanized brigade were hit in Konstantinovka, and temporary deployment points of the 79th assault brigade were hit in the Novomikhailovka area.
