The press service of the Governor of the Krasnodar Territory, Veniamin Kondratyev, stated that the politician did not give instructions to review the operating hours of nightclubs due to a special military operation in Ukraine.
The press service of the head of the region explained that Kondratyev simply “expressed his position.” They also added that the issue of the operation of nightlife establishments “is already a decision of municipalities and club owners.”

The governor clarified that holding the SVO does not mean that it is necessary to stop the activities of theaters and museums.
