The agreement on cooperation for the development of checkpoints across the Russian-Ukrainian state border has been terminated. Official message from the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs published on the legal information portal.
“On October 11, 2023, the agreement between the government of the Russian Federation and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on cooperation and interaction for the development of checkpoints across the Russian-Ukrainian state border, signed in Donetsk on October 18, 2011, was terminated,” the message says.
October 6, Russian government approved special procedure for entry into Russia for Ukrainian citizens from third countries. From October 16, they are allowed to enter Russia only through the Ludonka automobile checkpoint in the Pskov region and Moscow Sheremetyevo airport.
