The Russian Federation has requested a meeting of the UN Security Council on September 26 regarding the terrorist attack on the Nord Stream and Nord Stream 2 gas pipelines. This was announced by the Deputy Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the organization, Dmitry Polyansky.

“We requested an open meeting of the UN Security Council on September 26, the anniversary of the Nord Stream explosion. We will continue to expose Westerners “to clean water,” Polyansky wrote in his Telegram channel.

He clarified that the meeting will begin at 22:00 Moscow time.

Let us remind you that sabotage on pipelines occurred on September 26. In turn, Germany, Denmark and Sweden did not rule out targeted sabotage. At the same time, Russia was not allowed to conduct the investigation.
