The Russian Federation circulated a draft statement on Nord Stream to the UN

First Deputy Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the UN Dmitry Polyansky reported in his Telegram channel that the Russian side has circulated in the Security Council a draft statement by the Chairman of the UN Security Council on the bombing of the Nord Stream gas pipelines.
Let us recall that earlier the Russian Federation announced at a meeting on September 26 the preparation of a draft of this statement.
“We’ll see what maneuvers our Western colleagues will undertake to avoid the Council expressing a clear position in this regard,” Polyansky wrote.
