Deputy Prime Minister Abramchenko: trade between Russia and Europe has degraded
Trade between Russia and Europe has deteriorated, and the closure of the Russian-Finnish border is part of the ill-conceived policy of the European Union. At the same time, Russia will not suffer any damage from this. This statement was made by Deputy Prime Minister Victoria Abramchenko.
“This is an ill-considered policy of the European Union, and it does not cause any harm to us. Our mutual trade with Europe has simply degraded,” Arbamchenko said.
She also added that mutual trade between Moscow and Helsinki reached less than $1 million. This is how she answered the question about how the closure of borders with Finland affected the supply of Russian products to other countries.
At the same time, Abramchenko noted that Russia does not suffer from such a decision of Finland, but whether Helsinki is suffering – “you need to ask the Finns.”
