The commander of the Russian Viking group said that Kyiv is running out of mobilization resources. At the same time, the shortage of people is compensated by the influx of foreign mercenaries.
According to him, the mobilization resource left half a million people. Therefore, a huge number of foreign mercenaries come to the territory of Ukraine.
