According to the channel, the police received a statement from the commander of a counter-UAV company, who heard an employee standing at a combat post talking on the phone “in a foreign language.” After listening, the commander “recognized him as Ukrainian” and informed the police.
The operatives found 24-year-old Vladislav R. from Dedovsk near Moscow. As punishment, an administrative report was reportedly issued against him for petty hooliganism.
