“The route has been built”: Vladislav Ovchinsky announced the awarding of the project “Open#Mosprom”

The capital project “Open#Mosprom” for the second time won the award in the field of domestic tourism development. Tours of the plants and factories of the city became laureates of the “Route Built” award, taking the “Industrial Route” nomination. According to Vladislav Ovchinsky, head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy of the capital, over 11.6 million people became participants in the project over 5 years, the total number of excursions to industrial enterprises exceeded 2000, and master classes -500.

“The project began five years ago with face-to-face tours of the capital’s industrial enterprises, today it combines about 10 areas: online tours, master classes, intellectual competitions, photo expositions and multimedia exhibitions, competitions and other events,” said the head of the Department.

Ovchinsky stressed that such awards are another proof that the Moscow industry arouses genuine interest among the townspeople.

The received nomination “Industrial route” is already the second award in the “Route built” award and the seventh, which was awarded to the project. It should be noted that this April, 1.3 thousand people from 56 regions of Russia took part in the online quiz from Open#Mosprom. This event was included in the country’s Book of Records.

More than 1.3 million people took part in 11 nominations of the national award in the field of domestic tourism development. The event was organized by Rostourism and Komsomolskaya Pravda.
