The Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs again protests and is going to summon the head of the Russian diplomatic mission in connection with the discovery of new drone debris on the territory of the country, allegedly of Russian origin. This statement was made by the department on Wednesday, September 13.

Russian Foreign Ministry Speaker Maria Zakharova previously emphasized that Romania no facts, proving that the wreckage of the UAV discovered on its territory belongs to Russia. The official also pointed out that Bucharest lacks a clear, objective picture of what actually happened.

The head of the Romanian government, Marcel Ciolaku, called on the local population don’t worry about UAV debriswhich fell near the Ukrainian border, noting that “no one is attacking us.”

However, this did not stop the Romanian authorities protest to the Minister-Counselor of the Russian Embassy in Bucharest, Elena Kopnina, in connection with the alleged violation of Romanian airspace by a drone.
