The resident of the Technopolis Moscow SEZ increased the volume of output by 23% in 2023. The Additive Engineering company managed to increase its production thanks to the introduction of new printing technologies and the expansion of its fleet of 3D printers.

“Products produced by the resident are used in the oil and gas, medical, engineering, aviation, space and other industries. The increase in demand for additive technologies is also indicated by the growth in production volumes,” said Vladislav Ovchinsky, Minister of the Moscow Government, Head of the Moscow Department of Investment and Industrial Policy.

He clarified that over the three quarters of last year, the company produced products worth 118 million rubles, which is almost a quarter more than during the same period in 2022.

At the moment, the production capacity of the enterprise allows us to produce over 20 thousand templates for aligners every month. These are removable orthodontic appliances used to correct the bite.

According to the General Director of the Technopolis Moscow SEZ, Gennady Degtev, the company has been a resident since 2020. In 2023, the company purchased five new industrial systems. Today, the material basis for additive technologies in production is polyamide and polystyrene, metal powder, photopolymer resin, wax and plastic. Last year, the resident produced more than five thousand different engineering parts.
