For less than two weeks, a lawsuit against singer Alla Pugacheva has “gathered dust” in the New Moscow Magistrate’s Court. The gas company tried to collect a debt for utilities from a Russian pop star who had gone abroad. But in the end it turned out that it was not the Primadonna who should pay.
As it became known to MK, a lawsuit against Pugacheva was filed by Gazprom Mezhregionaz Moscow. The application was registered in the 437th world judicial district, which serves the Pervomayskoye settlement. There, Alla Borisovna had a plot of land with an impressive mansion. The debt for gas turned out to be small – about 15 thousand rubles, but sufficient for legal claims.
However, on August 30, the company unexpectedly withdrew the lawsuit. It turned out that Pugacheva had recently sold the plot along with the house. And now the problems with public utilities will be settled by the new owner.
