A motorist rammed a security post at the Russian Embassy in Seoul after falling asleep at the wheel.
The accident at the Russian Embassy in South Korea has nothing to do with the department; the driver admitted that he fell asleep at the wheel, reports the South Korean news agency Newsis, citing law enforcement agencies.
Based on the results of the investigation, the police reported that the driver, identified simply as A, was not drunk and the incident had nothing to do with the Russian Embassy.
The citizen admitted that he fell asleep at the wheel and therefore got into an accident.
Earlier it became known that an off-road vehicle (SUV) rammed a security post at the residence of the Russian Embassy in South Korea in Seoul; an employee at the post received serious injuries to his neck and shoulder and was taken to a medical facility.
