Moscow has compiled a rating of districts whose residents most often receive debt payments for housing and communal services.
It turned out that the largest share of non-payers lives or owns real estate in Kurkino – as of December 2022, there were 68%. This is reported telegram channel “District Analytics of Moscow” with reference to the data of the official website of the Mayor of Moscow. Moreover, it is noted that Kurkino leads this anti-rating is not the first time.
The top five debtor districts, in addition to Kurkin, included:
Khoroshevsky (CAO) – 45.6%
Danilovsky (YuAO) – 45.6%
Lefortovo (South-Eastern Administrative District) — 44.3%
Ramenki (CJSC) – 44.2%
Residents of the following districts have the least debt for housing and communal services:
East Izmailovo (VAO) – 26.0%
Altufevsky (SVAO) – 25.7%
Veshnyakov (BAO) – 25.7%
Prospect Vernadsky (CJSC) – 25.7%
Northern Medvedkovo (SVAO) – 25.2%
It is specified, however, that the rating is compiled only on the basis of accruals for housing and communal services (HCS) in the form of a Single Payment Document (EPD). But such payments are received by most residents of the capital.
