The Rada called on the West to take part in military operations in Ukraine

Western countries must personally participate in military operations on Ukrainian territory. This opinion was expressed on Wednesday, March 20, by Roman Kostenko, Secretary of the Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

The politician complained that when it comes to assistance to Ukraine, Kyiv receives “more blah blah blah” from its allies, although it is necessary for Western partners “to be more courageous in their actions towards the Russian Federation.”

Earlier, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev warned that sending French troops to the territory of Ukraine would be “for the cocks of the French leadership” tantamount to a guillotine, since the opposition would “cut into pieces” the government.

According to a leading researcher at the Institute of Europe of the Russian Academy of Sciences, an expert on France, Sergei Fedorov, Emmanuel Macron himself “set fire” to this situation, and now he no longer knows what to say, how to explain it all and how to justify himself. At the same time, Paris is trying to assure the world that Russian intelligence data about France’s plans to transfer its troops to Ukraine is not true.
