The qualifying stage of the “Miracle Checkers” tournament starts in the Moscow region

The municipal stage of the annual all-Russian tournament “Miracle Checkers” will be held in the Moscow region from January 26 to March 1. Educational institutions from all districts of the region will take part in the competition, reports the press service of the Ministry of Physical Culture and Sports of the Moscow Region.

The municipal stage of the tournament will take place online on the Gambler platform. Regional competitions, where 30 of the strongest teams will take part, are scheduled for March 31 in Shchelkovo. The winners of the regional stage will represent the Moscow region at the All-Russian level. The final is scheduled for late May – early June, the source reports.

Teams of four players under 14 years old are allowed to participate in the competition. Among the checkers players there should be no more than three boys and at least one girl. Applications are accepted on the online platform, where the schedule, date and time of games in each municipality are also posted.
