On the second day of voting in the elections in the capital, the system of remote electronic voting (DEV) worked stably. About this in TG channel said the Public Headquarters for Election Observation in Moscow.
Its leader Vadim Kovalev noted that the day passed quietly. In most polling stations, voting took place without major delays or disruptions.
“The electronic registry system, passport scanners and other high-tech equipment worked stably,” he added.
According to Kovalyov, the turnout in the municipal elections in Moscow as of 20:00 on September 10 was 25.5%.
387,617 voters voted with paper ballots. Remotely – 1,444,952 Muscovites.
Polling stations have closed, but online voting continues. The observers at the polling stations have completed their work, but the video center operators will continue to monitor the situation throughout the night.
Municipal elections in 125 out of 146 districts of the capital will be held on September 9-11.
