So, the specialist was the first to name the Othello complex – paranoid jealousy, which does not have any compelling reasons and can destroy any relationship. As a rule, a jealous person ignores any arguments from his partner and starts a quarrel, after which the stage of repentance begins, and then a depressive state in the jealous person.

Another complex Paramonova named the Don Juan complex. This complex is characterized by a man’s desire to conquer as many girls as possible. A person with such a complex avoids serious relationships in every possible way, and the only interest when communicating with the opposite sex is novelty.

“A woman, having found herself on Don Juan, will not only be left alone, but the quality of sex can be very low,” she clarified.

The psychologist chose Casanova syndrome as the third complex. According to her, a person with such a complex has many lovers and several parallel relationships, but he loves each of them, elevating them to the level of Madonna. As a rule, he strives in every possible way to ensure that each chosen one tells him: “You are the best lover I have ever met.”

At the same time, such a man is still capable of only short-term relationships, after which he hides from the woman, leaving her with a broken heart.

In addition, Paramonova mentioned the Werther complex. This type of man is characterized by platonic love for a woman, as for his mother. They are extremely caring and ready for long courtship, they give the woman recognition and idolize her, without at all calling for intimacy.
