In October 2017, he was sentenced to a fine of 30,000 rubles and lost his driving license for 1 year and 7 months by the justice of the peace of the section No. 1 of the Leninsky district of Ivanovo. By the way, the court’s decision was influenced by the abundance of positive references to Serov, including from his wife. In addition, the man was actively involved in charity work, the court featured letters of thanks from correctional boarding schools for orphans.

But now law enforcement agencies have taken the blogger seriously.

It is, most likely, a bastard, and this is not a diagnosis. Violent acts are committed by individuals who are cowardly and weak, psychologically and physically. For them, it is self-affirmation of themselves, through their power over at least someone, through a sense of their power, their strength. As a rule, they commit violence against the weak – children, domestic and homeless animals, wives, if they cannot give an answer, stand up for themselves. And the demonstration of all this in your content for such nonentities already serves as external self-affirmation in front of society – let everyone see how I do what other weaklings cannot do, how “cool” I am. Consumers of this content are the same thugs, but even more cowardly. It is not for them to commit cruelty themselves, and someone else’s cruelty tickles their nerves, gives them pleasure. These people are morally stupefied, and ordinary life does not make a vivid impression on them, but a demonstration of aggression, humiliation of someone suits them.
