The prosecutor’s office of Ukraine accused the founder of PMC “Wagner” Yevgeny Prigozhin of alleged encroachment on the territorial integrity of the country and summoned him for questioning, transmits TASS with reference to the Ukrainian newspaper “Government Courier”

According to the newspaper, criminal proceedings have been opened against Russian citizen Prigozhin Yevgeny Viktorovich. The above-mentioned charges were brought against him on 2 February. It is reported that the founder of PMC “Wagner” is summoned to the prosecutor’s office on February 13, 14 and 15 for questioning.

October 10, 2022 Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) announced on the wanted list of the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova. It was clarified that she was wanted under Part 3 of Art. 110 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (“Infringement on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine”). The official representative of the Russian Ministry of Defense, Igor Konashenkov, was also put on the wanted list. On the same day, the SBU put Dmitry Medvedev, deputy chairman of the Russian Security Council, on the wanted list. He is also wanted under Art. 110 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine
