The Prosecutor’s Office of the Primorsky Territory filed lawsuits to return five former children’s health camps located in the suburbs of Vladivostok to municipal ownership. According to the oversight agency, the camps were illegally privatized.
At the Primorye Prosecutor’s Office declaredthat “the facts of the illegal transfer into private ownership of several former pioneer camps” were revealed. We are talking about camps: “Izumrud” (located on a land plot of more than 2.7 hectares, belonged to the “Izumrud” plant), “Young Primorets” (more than 3.4 hectares, “Vladivostok base of the trawl and refrigerator fleet”), “Forest Polyana (more than 7.8 hectares, the Stroitel production association), Prometheus (more than 6 hectares, Dalenergo) and Neptune (about 11.5 hectares, Dalmoreprodukt).
According to the prosecutor’s office, as a result of the corporatization and privatization of five state-owned enterprises, the newly created organizations consistently entered into insignificant transactions that made it possible to illegally transfer children’s holiday camps to private ownership. “The identified violations served as the basis for the Primorsky Territory Prosecutor to file five claims against the current owners of land plots and real estate objects on the recognition of the right of municipal property in relation to them and the recovery from illegal possession in favor of the Vladivostok City District,” informs the supervisory authority. By data Primorsky mass media, on the territory of some former camps, in particular, “Prometheus” it is planned to build housing.
