Leninsky District Court of Yekaterinburg, at the request of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation, will reconsider the case of insulting and attacking a child, 56-year-old Alexander Neustroev, for a hat with the letter Z. As noted in the department, the criminal case against Alexander Neustroev could not be terminated, since it causes damage not only to the injured student, but also to the social and moral education of adolescents and the interests of the country.

The incident occurred on April 21 near house number 35 on Volgogradskaya street. Then the man obscenely scolded the 11-year-old boy for a hat with the Z symbol, and also, according to media reports, tried to grab him. First, an administrative case was initiated against Alexander Neustroev under the article on petty hooliganism (Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation).
