The General Prosecutor’s Office of Russia recognized the activities of two Ukrainian non-governmental organizations (NGOs) as undesirable in the country. About it informs TASS with reference to the press service of the department.
We are talking about the organizations “Religious Organization” All-Ukrainian Spiritual Center “Renaissance” and “Vladimir Muntyan’s Charitable Foundation “Renaissance”.
The Prosecutor General’s Office noted that the decision was made after studying the materials received by the department. It is noted that the work of these organizations poses a “threat to the constitutional order and security of the Russian Federation.” The Prosecutor General’s Office clarified that they had forwarded the information to the Ministry of Justice, which would include NGOs in the list of organizations whose activities were recognized as undesirable in the Russian Federation.
This week, November 14, the Prosecutor General’s Office also acknowledged undesirable in Russia, the activities of the French NGO Open Press. The department also noted that this organization threatens the foundations of the constitutional order and the security of Russia.
