The Russian Prosecutor General’s Office has declared Medusa Project SIA (Medusa, included in the register of foreign media agents) undesirable. This was reported in the press service of the law enforcement agency.
“It has been established that its activities pose a threat to the foundations of the constitutional order and the security of the Russian Federation,” the message says.
Also, the Prosecutor General’s Office noted that information about the decision was sent to the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation in order to include Medusa Project SIA in the list of foreign and international non-governmental organizations whose activities are recognized as undesirable in Russia and make it public.
The Meduza publication was entered by the Ministry of Justice into the register of media-foreign agents on April 23, 2021.
