According to him, now the departments will do everything on their own based on the information they already have.

On September 5, President Vladimir Putin instructed to assign veteran status to all participants in the special military operation. At the moment, all those mobilized are equal to regular military personnel and receive appropriate support and benefits.
SVO participants are provided with cash support starting from 195 thousand rubles per month. Among the benefits for SVO participants are exemption from personal income tax and from the accrual of penalties for late payment of housing and communal services, the placement of their children in schools and kindergartens on a priority basis, state support for widows and widowers, a separate quota for admission to universities for combatants and their children .
