The prime minister of Latvia announced his intention to transfer to Kyiv all the country’s helicopters

Latvia intends to hand over all its helicopters to Ukraine, Prime Minister Krisjanis Karins said at a conference in London. According to him, Latvia has already sent all of its Stinger missiles to Kyiv.

“All our Stinger missiles are now in Ukraine, we have a fleet of helicopters <...> we will send them to Ukraine,” leads his words to RIA Novosti.

According to the Latvian prime minister, the country’s government spent more than 1.3% of GDP on helping Kyiv, with 1% going to military needs. Also, Karins continued, Latvia trains soldiers of the armed forces of Ukraine, in 2023, about 3,000 people were trained.
