The price of Brent oil on the ICE exchange exceeded $83 per barrel

The cost of September futures for Brent crude oil exceeded $83 per barrel for the first time since April 25, follows from the data of the London ICE exchange.
According to the exchange at 19:53 Moscow time, the price of Brent rose by 2.48% to $83.08 per barrel. At the same time, the price of September futures for WTI crude rose by 2.72% to $79.17 per barrel.
Earlier, Goldman Sachs presented a forecast in which it said that the price of Brent crude will rise to $86 per barrel by the end of 2023 due to record demand.
The International Energy Agency in June predicted an increase in world oil demand this year by 2.4 million barrels per day, which exceeds the data of the previous forecast.
