Volleyball players from Ivanovo “Textilshchik” continue to play in the regular championship of the Major League “B” for the 2023-2024 season. The team from Ivanovo made its debut at the professional level during the 2023-2024 season and was immediately able to gain a foothold among the leaders of the tournament table. At the moment, Tekstilshchik Ivanovo takes 3rd place in the Major League B standings, second only to rivals from Obninsk and Makhachkala. If catching up with “Dagestan” is possible only theoretically, then the fight against “Obninsk” continues.

The press service of Tekstilshchik on its social networks has already announced the penultimate and most important round of the red-blacks during the debut regular season of the Major League B. The team from Ivanovo will go to Kaspiysk, where it will have to compete for victory in double matches against Grozny and Dagestan. The red-blacks need to take the maximum number of points in order not only to compete for 2nd place, but also to maintain 3rd position. It is “Grozny” that is a competitor that can bypass “Textilshchik” by playing a few fewer matches.
