The announcement of President Vladimir Putin's message to the Federal Assembly is expected at the end of February, said the leader of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation Gennady Zyuganov. He did not give the exact date.
“According to the president’s message, I asked a question: as I understand it, it will be at the end of February,” Mr. Zyuganov said at a faction meeting in the State Duma (quoted by TASS).
