On the first day of accepting applications for the Time of Heroes education program for participants and veterans of the Northern Military District, more than 14 thousand applications were submitted. Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the launch of this program in his address to the Federal Assembly.

The program website began accepting applications on March 1. And already on the third day, March 2, after only a day of work, the number of applications submitted exceeded 14 thousand. Rector of the Presidential Academy and General Director of the ANO “Russia – the Land of Opportunities” Alexey Komissarov noted the huge interest in the program.

Komissarov emphasized that the “Time of Heroes” program provides unique opportunities for development and growth for both professional military personnel and citizens who have not previously connected their lives with military service. The program opens the door to realizing potential and leadership qualities in peaceful life, serving Russia in a new capacity.

The Time of Heroes program website continues to operate as usual, providing timely answers to all incoming questions. One of the most frequently asked questions concerns eligibility for the program for individuals who were discharged from the reserves but participated in the SVO. The organizers of the program explained that all participants in a special military operation, including those who have already completed military service, have the right to take part in the “Time of Heroes” program.

Let us remind you that registration of participants will continue until April 8, 2024.
