Zelensky introduced new personal sanctions against 190 individuals and 291 legal entities
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has introduced a new package of personal sanctions against individuals and legal entities. 190 individuals and 291 legal entities fell under the restrictions, including the Georgian airline Georgian Airways and its managers. The corresponding decree appeared on the official website of the President’s Office.
“To put into effect the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine dated July 1, 2023 “On the application and amendment of personal special economic and other restrictive measures (sanctions),” reads the website of the Zelensky Office.
It follows from the document that the imposed sanctions are valid for a period of 10 years.
Basically, people and companies from Russia fell under the restrictions.
