The police closed the administrative case of discredit against the mother of the deceased conscript

The police of Bashkortostan closed the administrative case of discrediting the army against Alla Fatkhelislamova, the mother of a conscript who died in the Belgorod region at the end of 2022.

“Now the district police officer came to sign a paper on the termination of the discrediting case. Thank God, we still have justice even in Russia,” the woman told a local publication on July 5. 72.ru.

On the commencement of administrative proceedings against Alla Fatkhelislamova became known June 17th. A protocol was drawn up against her under Art. 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the Russian army).

Alla Fatkhelislamova said that the reason for initiating an administrative case was a letter to the police from a certain Anna Korobkova. She saw an interview with Mrs. Fatkhelislamova, where she talked about her dead son, and saw in her words the discrediting of the army.

According to Alla Fatkhelislamova, the protocol was drawn up because of the phrase said in an interview: “War – who needs it? Nobody needs her. Even if my son was not yet in the army, I cried for strangers.” In a publication dated July 5, 72.ru notes that the police did not find “anything defamatory” in Alla Fatkhelislamova’s words.

The son of Alla Fatkhelislamova, 19-year-old Afanasy Podaev, was called up for military service in the Tyumen region. He died at the end of 2022 during shelling, when he was on the border in the Belgorod region. Anna Korobkova, who wrote the denunciation of Alla Fatkhelislamova, called herself a “professional scammer” in one of her written interviews: in 2022, she allegedly wrote more than 750 denunciations.
