“The people want to punish the participants of the “naked” party to the maximum”: the initiators of the lawsuit against Ivleeva explained the strict requirements

A lawsuit is being prepared against Anastasia Ivleeva from the Sokol (Yaroslavl) and We Are Close charitable foundations, as well as from a group of relatives of the SVO participants and everyone. The claim will be filed in accordance with Article 150 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation – violation of personal dignity.

The president of the organization “We are near” Olga Lukmanova told the details.

“After the “naked party,” relatives of the SVO fighters and the servicemen themselves began to be indignant in our closed telegram chat,” says Lukmanova. — As a result, a collective decision was made to file a class action lawsuit. There are currently about 60 applicants. Perhaps their number will increase.

— Why will the lawsuit be filed only against Ivleeva, and not against all participants in the event?

– This is the decision of our lawyer. Ivleeva seems to be the organizer, so all questions should be addressed to her. We will file the claim after the holidays. On January 5, I will go to the Northern Military District zone, where more guys will sign statements and record a video message for the court.

— Did those who signed the lawsuit know the blogger before or just now heard about her?

“Many people knew and did not expect this from her. People say: okay, they’re walking, but why do it for show when many families are suffering. I am only voicing the opinion of the people. I don’t blame anyone myself.

“As I understand it, the applicants are demanding an apology from Ivleeva, although she seems to have already fully repented for having the wrong kind of fun.”

— Ivleeva seemed to apologize on the banned social network. The lawyer does not consider this an apology. In addition, there are not only public apologies, but also personal ones.

– Should she personally apologize to everyone?

– That’s up to the court to decide. Maybe the court will not satisfy our claim at all.

— In addition to Ivleeva, more than a hundred people were present at the party. Do you have any complaints about them?

“Maybe we’ll bring the rest to justice.” You can’t imagine the excitement going on in our chat. The people want to punish not only Ivleeva, but everyone, to the maximum.

— Maybe after the holidays people will cool down and change their minds about going to court?

– It’s unlikely… People were hurt and offended by the situation. Although our lawyer is diplomatic, he will go to court. Maybe some issues will be resolved.

“Let them decide which side they are on”

One of the applicants is a member of the SVO, intelligence officer Ivan Pipnik. The man explained his position.

— In our lawsuit, we do not demand money from the party participants. What’s the point of this? But it is our moral duty to confront such things in a turbulent time for the country. I understand that we are all human and prone to weaknesses, but there are moments that cannot be covered. Why didn’t the organizers make it a chamber party, closed? What were they thinking? Were you hoping you wouldn’t attract negative attention?

— Public apologies from the artists weren’t enough?

“These apologies are completely insincere.” They woke up, realized what they had done, and were afraid for themselves. They worry that they have taken the wrong path. We are used to feeling like masters of life. But at some point you have to look around a little. They, like no one else, must understand what serving the homeland means. None of them thought of going to headquarters and holding concerts. They decided to express themselves differently. OK then. And the public is free to react. We have already forgiven a lot.

Some sanctions must appear. But we cannot influence these people, it is not in our competence. We can only go to court so that the relevant authorities can check whether everyone really adheres to the same vector of views? Suddenly someone looks in the other direction. It’s possible. In my practice, it happened when people laid it smoothly, but the thread led far beyond the border. Therefore, everything here is ambiguous, especially in show business.

— That is, the participants must declare that they support the SVO?

– It’s not just a special operation. You need to understand whether they are for Russia or not. This is exactly the question. Law enforcement agencies must conduct checks on everyone who showed up at the party. Then we will draw the appropriate conclusions.

— Bilan, Lolita, Kirkorov, Ivleeva constantly talk about their patriotism.

– They say, but nevertheless… Could the patriots allow such a public entertainment event now? Some regions are canceling holidays, large companies are abandoning corporate events and donating funds to the guys on the front line. So far, the artists who have the greatest resources are pleasing only themselves.

— Don’t you think that everything that’s happening resembles bullying?

“I don’t see any bullying yet.” The fact that they had a couple of concerts canceled is not bullying, but a slap in the wrist. When a child reaches for something sweet without finishing the borscht, he receives it as an edification.

– So they learned a lesson, we could stop there?

– Nothing has happened yet. My interest is for everyone to decide which side they are on. Let the party participants receive close attention; all services will pay attention to them. They will see whether they deserve people’s love or not.

“Now some want to recover a billion from the party organizer, others said that the participants in the scandalous event should buy copters. What do you think?

— As for the billion-dollar claim, it seems strange to me. As for buying copters, no one owes anything. Let them act as their conscience tells them. If they buy it, great, if they don’t buy it, well, they won’t buy it. This will not make us fight any weaker. People just need to realize their behavior, maybe something will change in their heads. Let them carry out their activities, but do not go too far.

– Don’t you feel sorry for them at all?

– No pity. But I have no rabid desire to humiliate or destroy people. The only wish is that each of them understands what period the country is going through. If there is no understanding, let them pack up and leave. There should be no double standards.

— Artists involved in the scandal are also invited to hold concerts in the Northern Military District zone. Let’s say they arrive there and hear: yeah, these are the same ones who had fun at the “naked party”…

– No one will attack them. If they express a sincere desire to perform, even if not at the forefront, but in Lugansk or Donetsk, then this will definitely count for them.
