The prosecutor’s office of the Zheleznodorozhny district of Penza is checking the fact of hospitalization of children who came to boxing competitions, reports press service of the supervisory agency.
The regional Ministry of Health clarified that nine children were hospitalized with suspected intestinal infection at the regional clinical center for specialized types of medical care. The patients’ condition is assessed as moderate.
It is noted that the event is being held by the Boxing Federation of the Penza Region, and the students who needed help lived in the Wavelit hotel complex, owned by Sosnovy Les LLC.
