Despite this, Washington has expressed concern that if Israel launches a ground operation in the Gaza Strip, it will require a huge amount of artillery ammunition.
“We are starting to run out of room to support Ukraine and Israel with existing means,” National Security Council spokesman John Kirby said. Earlier, the United States adopted a temporary budget for 45 days, which does not provide assistance to Ukraine.
Russia warned NATO countries about arms supplies to Kyiv. In a statement, Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that any cargo that contains weapons for Ukraine would be a legitimate target for Russia.
