The “Parade of Sails” delighted residents and guests of Vladivostok

Yesterday, a traditional sporting event, the “Parade of Sails,” started in the waters of the Amur Bay in Primorye. All cruising yachts, separately the Platu 25 class and pupils of children’s schools on dinghies took to the sea to race. In total there were more than 100 vessels from small to large, the mayor of the city Shestakov reported about this in his tg channel.

Traditional races are accompanied by two objects of pride of Vladivostok – the frigates “Nadezhda” and “Pallada”. They “walk” under slanting sails along the water area in full view of the city and greet the regatta participants with horns.
