A separate story – damaged cars. Their list takes up more than one page. The Suzuki Grand Vitara, parked near the house 212, turned out to be completely crushed. It can be said that almost nothing was left of the Toyota Camry, which was standing near the house 236. Some cars were a little more fortunate – they have dents on them. And these foreign cars with broken roofs and torn hoods are no longer subject to restoration.

The owner of the first estimates the damage at 2 million rubles, and the owner of the second – at 800 thousand.

Many victims, whose property is damaged, now have a dilemma – to wait for them to receive payments from the local administration, mercy from insurers or compassion from judges. Maybe it’s time to strike while the iron is hot. That is, describe the damage and send requests to all authorities, waiting for compensation.

Unfortunately, even lawyers cannot suggest the correct algorithm of actions at the moment, since no one yet knows what caused the explosion, which means who will be declared the culprit.

“The investigation will be protracted, and only then will we find out what really happened,” lawyer Irina Zuy is sure. – Whether it was the impact of external objects, whether there were illegal actions of third parties or emergency operation of the city electrical network, the investigation will show. And as part of the investigation, a forensic fire-technical examination will be mandatory.

The expert explained that until the causes of the explosion are clarified, car owners can only receive an insurance payment under CASCO. For the tenants of the premises, nothing is yet to come, well, except that the local administration, on its own initiative, will appoint payments from the overhaul fund.
