The businesswoman paid the artist compensation in full

In the Presnensky court, the owner of the fitness club, Anna Andrianova, was convicted because of the death of Sofia Konkina.

Recall that on September 22, 2020, the daughter of Vladimir Konkin, who played the role of Volodya Sharapov in the cult film “The meeting place cannot be changed,” Sofia Konkina drowned while swimming in the pool of a fitness center. She was taken to the hospital with a preliminary diagnosis of drowning in fresh water. Despite the medical assistance provided, it was not possible to save her. The Investigative Committee opened a criminal case under the article of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Provision of services that do not meet safety requirements.” Due to the resonance around the tragedy (even versions were put forward about the murder of a girl), the case was transferred to the central office of the department. The founder and manager of the fitness center, Anna Andrianova, was in the dock, whom the court sentenced to 2 years of forced labor and ordered to reimburse 1.5 million rubles in compensation for moral damages and a little less than 600 thousand rubles as burial expenses.

As it became known to MK, recently Anna Andrianova filed a petition with a request to defer her punishment until her child turns 14, or until July 2025. She presented her testimonies (including a letter from a charitable organization) and medical documents to the court. At the end of May, Themis granted the petition.

In addition, as the representative of Vladimir Konkin, lawyer Yulia Nitchenko, told MK, Anna Andrianova fully compensated for the damage prescribed by the verdict of the Presnensky District Court of Moscow. The last tranche to the artist’s account was made in early June.
