The administration of the center refused to provide the family of the deceased with video recordings, saying that they allegedly did not exist. In fact, they were present.
Earlier in the Presnensky court, a key witness in the Konkina case refuted testimonies of other eyewitnesses who stated that the woman was drunk and became ill in the pool.
