The train conductors saw Twix the cat before his death and knew that he was traveling with a passenger; a ticket had been purchased for him. The owner of the animal, Edgar Gaifullin, insisted on this in an interview with Izvestia.
According to him, after the operation, the cat was carried by his stepfather Evgeniy on the Ekaterinburg-St. Petersburg train. He entered the carriage with a carrier, and the conductors saw it.

A petition is circulating on the Internet demanding that the train conductor who threw out the cat be fired. By this time, 244 thousand people had already signed it.
